Final Hearing

Hey am from NI and my solicitor thinks in my case for a residency order the judge in the next court meeting will do a final hearing for around January time and was asking advice on what way it works in general thanks!

Have you applied for residency or is it just that your Solicitor thinks you'll get it?

I’ve applied for residency, my solicitor is asking for a hearing because social services have been sitting on the fence too long and pretty much aren’t giving anything away with how they feel about my ex and what she done so I just want some info on what to expect with a final hearing
