Hi fellas
The time has come finally after 8 months of horror for the contested final hearing in a few months. So far...no safegaurding issues, favorable S7 report, allegations dismissed/ignored and proved false with evidence, farcical behavior of ex in her paperwork and DRA behavior.
It's just the position statement I would like advice on. Has anyone attached a personal statement to the position statement...as in commenting on how this has impacted paternal side of family, the child's comments during interim contact and also myself in terms of character assassination and wellbeing. The whole court process is really dry, impersonal and formal and I know courts have seen it all before, but where the section 5b in C100 form was filled out through advice on here was very helpful in setting the scene initially for all who read it, is adding some personal reflection and points possible as an attachment...is it even possible? Have a really good barrister lined up and perhaps it should be directed to them instead to get a feel of personal / child impact to all of this. Don't know, if anyone has done something similar would be good to know. Cheers
