Hi all

Looking for some success stories from others who had a final hearing with magistrates and managed to get 50:50.

Keep hearing and reading horror stories about magistrates and decisions

Thanks mate. My story seems to be so simple than most of the people here. Makes me feel so sorry for you all as I know how hard I'm finding this.

Its good to see positive results with magistrates. In theory my children's situation should be simple but ive been warned about magistrates!
