Final Hearing - How quickly to move to final arrangement

Hi All,
I am coming up to my final hearng. I have been really lucky, despite everything my ex partner tried to throw at me, CAFCASS and the court systems saw through it all and I was able to get from FHDRA straight to final hearing of 3 hours, based on submissions only (Only been asked to submit a position statement with evidence - which I don't really get!). At the moment, I have 2/3 nights a week for a few hours after school, followed by every alternate weekend (Friday overnight to Sunday night) as well as half of every school holiday, but I am ideally looking for 2:2:5:5.The biggest issues I have currently is my ex partner does not agree with me having my children overnight in the week, even though I am less than 10 minutes from school.

If, I was to get the arrangement I am looking for, am I best just to try and commence it as soon as possible, or would I be best trying to propose a stagged change in the current routine to increase my overnights in the term time. My children are both very happy, and very vocal about how they want more overnight time with me, and also want me to take them to schoo.

Any advce is appreicated. As it gets closer, I am getting nervous now and trying to consider everything.
