FHDRA - What to Submit in Advance and Prepare

Hi Chaps,

I have my FHDRA hearing on 13/02/2025.

I am litigant in person, just checking what I need to send in advance to the court (if anything). And what to prepare in advance to take with me?

I have done my position statement. Do I need to complete a full court bundle? Cafcass report states I need to send my breathalyser tests (97 negative) and 2 clean liver function tests (April and December 2024). Then it's up to the court to decide whether I need to complete a hair strand test or not (I've just done a 3 month one for alcohol and cocaine which will come back clear which I can take with me).

I am taking my Strava data which shows I'm extremely active runner, completing half marathons and marathons etc. I know this might be a bit much, but surely can't hurt to work for me in my case?

Is there anything else I need to consider?

Cheers.

I think, and I may be wrong but you can refer to the test you've had done in your position statement and have the results with you. I'm not sure about the strava data though, that could very easily borrowed from someone else in the courts eyes. As long as you test results have the full chain of custody in them that prove they are your I would with your good to go I would say.

Good on ya buddy

True about the Strava data, but I'm still going to submit it. The hair strand test has full witness report.

Anything else I need other than position statement?
