I always find threads very helpful and I realise many of issues I am facing are similar to others. While it is good to read I just wondered if anyone is aware of face to face meetings that take place where you can go along and speak openly about your issues and concerns. I did a Google but could not find anything. I am based on the East Coast of Scotland.

Just in case anyone is in a similar position. I have found shared parenting to be ultra helpful. Anyone having issues might benefit from talking to them.
