False allegations

Hi I have my final hearing in under 2 weeks I received my ex partner statement and the malicious false allegations on it was painful to read. I have all the evidence it’s false how do I get this across to the judge to see in court ? I’m representing myself

Hi. If this is a final statement, don't worry The more she mud slings and makes allegations, the better. Courts don't like mudslinging at final hearing. Once you get to final hearing, it's usually because any welfare issues have been dismissed and I assume her statement doesn't have any evidence to back up her allegations? If so - don't worry. It will be dismissed for what it is - mudslinging - and they won't like her attitude.

My ex's final statement was the same - she was furious when she saw mine - reasonable, measured and backed up with evidence. Hers made her sound like a total nasty cow.

But no you can't submit any more evidence once the bundle has gone in - has it gone in yet?

I’ve sent it off yes but sent the evidence to the family court advisor (caffcass) they have told me to ask court to get it filed. The false allegations are so bad just tactics to delay or stop contact even tho it’s a final hearing I’ve gone through all the hoops they have given me. I did a co parent course, went contact centre due to my ex partner false allegations now I’m seeing my daughter unsupervised which I should have been from the start. She’s just finding ways to delay overnight stays now
