Hi. If this is a final statement, don't worry
The more she mud slings and makes allegations, the better. Courts don't like mudslinging at final hearing. Once you get to final hearing, it's usually because any welfare issues have been dismissed and I assume her statement doesn't have any evidence to back up her allegations? If so - don't worry. It will be dismissed for what it is - mudslinging - and they won't like her attitude.
My ex's final statement was the same - she was furious when she saw mine - reasonable, measured and backed up with evidence. Hers made her sound like a total nasty cow.
But no you can't submit any more evidence once the bundle has gone in - has it gone in yet?
