Hi, relatively simple and quick question.
Is it standard practice to exchange bank statements and payslips ahead of agreeing a financial settlement? I've been through 2 rounds of court, provided 15 months worth of statements as a result throughout the process, I'm now being asked for the last 3 months in order for the ex to consider settlement.
