Hi all, been reading a few posts on this forum and the advice on here can really help us in time of need. Hopefully someone can shed some light on what has been a stressful last 18 months.

I am 30, ex is 29
Married in 2016.
I had a former council flat ( tenancy in my name ) given in 2017.
Flat purchased under RTB and shared and bought RTB home with my wife in December 2021. No deposit paid.
One year after in January 2023 wife leaves while I'm at work. ( whilst pregnant)
Takes approx 60% share of savings.
We had a joint account. On saving and salary + bills.
2 weeks later she files for divorce
Went no response till
May 2023 i get a solicitor to contact them regarding pregnancy and coming to agreement ( making use of 20 week frame ) before conditional order

Response that miscarriage due to stress. Proposes exchange of form E at voluntary.
I agree. Exchange form E and few questions around June/august 2023
Things were starting to get petty and toxic
At that point after doing some research. I realised it was all a waste of time and a way of solicitors fleecing us. I proposed mediation they refused.
I binned off my solicitor after paying 4 k to write emails.
Bullying and intimidation tactics by her solicitors followed. Asking for my bank statements when they won’t provide theirs.
Threatening to ask courts to go back 2 year etc the usual
Finally after digging and digging by trying to bully me. I went straight to the point. i sent over my offer. 80/20 share in my
Favour after council exception period ends.
They offered 50/50 share after exception period or 20k now to sign over my half to her.
They Proposed mediation one year on after i proposed it.
I went to first assessment meeting and came to decision its not for us. Shes very naive and stubborn.
She’s paid one year towards a mortgage of 250pm before she left.
Shes was on £55k salary last year.
Shes moved from 35 to 55k salary in 2 years.
While im on 32k salary as a sole trader ( give or take )
I have huge debts from the marriage.
Roughly 80-90k in debt.
I am paying mortgage and service charge since she left.
After exemption period ends. There is roughly 110/120k equity in property.
I am in a new relationship and have a 4 month old daughter. They both live with me in FMH.
They are both dependant on me financially and having a roof over their head.

I have 20k in saving.
No pension.

Now do i need to declare my new relationship and child in form E ?
Will the child living with me be taken into consideration?

I will be going in as LIP, in my
Opinion although it’s advised to have legal representation, is it worth spending 20/30k just me. To fight over 100k equity of a home?

Any advice of what people think the outcome will be in court ?
