Evidence of conversations

Hi,

I am about to submit a position statement and list of breaches as part of a C79 application. The working relationship with mum is poor and often ends in arguments. I have extracted relevant parts of the conversation and pdf'd them from the court ordered parenting app.

Is this sufficient or will the court expect to see the entire conversations? I don't wish to add in pages of information that I feel is not relevant.

In addition as part of my application should I acknowledge my own failings in keeping conversations civil and state to the court that more effort will be made by me to keep conversations civil and relevant to the order?

Extract and list the evidence of breaches.
You can add to the position statement something like "copies of the full conversation can be made available". No-one will want to read them all but you're offering.

You could add your last sentence as well.
