Estate Agents wont give me my keys

Background - im on bail accused of DV and do not live in the house i own anymore. The bail is due to expire soon and i expect an NFA. I rang the EA this morning asking for they keys to be cut so i could have a copy. I was told they would not give me the keys as they are aware of the situation when they contacted me as my wife was ignoring them. What right do they have not to hand over the keys to my own property? Can they legally do this? Fuming, to say the least.
