From what I hear, Enforcement applications are taking about 6 weeks for a first hearing (as opposed to be within the 20 days they should be). Depends on region as well - that may have improved now. Virtually all hearings are by video link. The advantage being, if you do use a solicitor or barrister you have a wider choice of location! Various reports back on video hearings - most people have said they are better.
