It seems email isn't working for the forum - so don't change any passwords at the moment or you'll end up locked out. It has been stopping people signing up. Someone just emailed the contact us email to let me know.

I'm trying to sort it out but it might take a few days as it's complicated
 
Just to add Ash, I've not had email notifications for a few weeks now. I'm assuming it could be connected?
 
Yes I think so - it's a total pain - I'm working on it with the server.
 
Email is sorted. Needed to upgrade to a larger daily quota of emails as the site had gone over quota and they were back-logged. Also needed to change to SMTP as server prefers this.

Have you had any notifications yet Peanut? It's been up and running since about 7.45pm tonight.

So sorry! I didn't even realise it wasn't working until I changed my own password and didn't get an activation email! I was temporarily locked out of my own account LOL! Had to go into the database to change my password so I could sort the email out. Around the same time, someone contacted the forum email to say they couldn't sign up.

Anyway all sorted now and a bigger email package.
 
If anyone feels like making a small donation, it would help - just forked out for a more expensive email package to future-proof things :-) There's a tab on the top bar for donations (computer screen). It's in the hamburger menu on mobile.

Or there's a donations section on the main forum menu (means you don't have to go into the hamburger menu).
