The order resulting from the FHDRA states that I must take tests and submit a report on my use of cannabinoids and alcohol in the preceding 6 months, using hair or nails - segmented if possible. The report should state if the results are consistent with admitted usage. I have short hair, so hair tests would not be able to show 6 months, so would nail tests be able to give enough evidence to show that i only drink socially and haven't used cannabis for 30 years? How much do such tests cost - does anyone have experience of having to do this?
