I need to share a disturbing discovery that could save you a lot of headache...

My case recently took a bizarre twist. I discovered two completely different versions of the mother's C100 and C1A forms in the solicitor's court bundles – one being the original application forms, and a second, altered version of both, submitted for a hearing in November. These forms are the foundation of the case, and shouldn't change without formal amendments and court approval. Even then, that's usually just to correct issues like mistakes, not to fundamentally change the arguments.

Here's the kicker: the solicitor-doctored versions were significantly different. Key details were omitted, the urgency of the case was ramped up, and even the mother's stance on supervised contact was flipped from "yes" to "no." The changes painted a much more alarming picture of the situation and heavily influenced the court's decisions. As in the original application was not urgent or ex-parte, but the forms in the bundle at the last hearing were changed to say urgent and ex-parte, as if to focus the judge's mind the way they wanted to.

The original forms were prepared by a solicitor who no longer works for the mother's current firm, and the altered versions don't have statement of oath signatures. It appears they were essentially rewritten to present a different narrative to the court.

This raises serious questions about manipulation and potential perjury. I'm now facing an uphill battle, not just against the mother's claims, but also against potentially misleading information presented to the court. This is a gift though, a rare one but a big one.

I write this as a warning. PLEASE, meticulously review every single document in your court bundles. Even if they arrive the day before, or on the day of a hearing. Compare different versions, look for discrepancies, and question anything that seems off. These forms are supposed to be the bedrock of our cases, and if they can be manipulated like this, it undermines the judge's ability to understand the issues.

Don't assume anything – check everything. Your case, and your relationship with your children, could depend on it.
