I am in the process of submitting a statement off the back of my enforcement order I have submitted to the court. From the respondents solicitor it has been stated a specific date (which technically I wrote on the application when I considered submitting it), however I had submitted it a few months afterwards to the court but not updated the date and this has only become apparent to myself now.
The question I have is, will the court class the application as from the written date, or when I actually submitted this information to the court?
I have tried ringing the court to enquire, but they dont even pick up the telephone!
