Hi, can anyone help please.

I've been instructed by the court to send the allegations to the other party for a FFH. What does the document need to look like? Very confusing instructions.

Hi. Is this for yourself regarding a fact find with an ex husband or partner? I moved your post to start a thread of your own as your post would have got lost in someone else's thread on a different topic.

The instructions should be in the court order. Usually it's a list - maybe in columns. With the allegation on the left and further detail about it on the right, and number the allegations. You can also get a free half hour's legal advice with a solicitor or three.

As Ash says it would be a Scotts Schedule and Statement possibly. Judge would have given direction and how many pages etc.

ChatGPT can generate a template and loads of examples online.
