Complaining about a Local Authority Social Worker

Does anyone have any experience of making a complaint about a social worker due to them making decisions re a child, but not informing the father at any stage?
 
If you are going to complain base your complaint around evidence. I looked at the councils children’s services policy and the social worker hadn’t followed loads of it and quoted sections. There are also a national framework they should meet:

Yes agree. The complaints proceedures usually requires complaints to be put in with the social workers manager. If they cannot or have no interest in immediately resolving the matters put the complaint in with them. Also put in a SAR with you case notes. Escelate with with the CQC. BUT only do so if you have legitimate arguments and evidence. Discuss the complain with them first.
