CMS changes

Hi All

Does anyone know how long changes to shared care take to update with CMS. I reported a change on 21 March and still waiting. Court order uploaded at the same time. I could phone but to be honest last time I was on hold two hours and got nowhere. It is so frustrating as I'm still paying for no nights.

I can't offer much by way of suggestion other than phoning them I'm afraid. It can be the best route. Is it really two hours wait?

It was last time, I waited an hour then had to be transferred and waited another hour and still couldn't be helped. This was regarding something else though.

I'd just keep trying to phone them. Maybe in the morning? Or would you be at work?
