A question, if the stbx does not sign a clean break and it goes to a final hearing for the judge to decide, can the judge enter Into the order that no claim can be made from the ex in the future on my future finances?

Yes, it can, I have that clause in my final order.

That's good to know, of course doesn't it all depend on the judge on the day and how good the barrister is at insisting on it

Yes, it does.
Mine was by consent, written on the day. The judge just waved it through.

I don't think I'll have that luxury as stbx has not attended or submitted form E and basically not complied with anything to do with the process,so IF it goes to final then it's all going to be based in my formE ,earnings, debts, pension without knowing what stbx has or receiving
