Child Maintenance + Dividend income

Hi All,

Does anyone have any recent experience with CMS and how they incorporate self-employed income into their calculations?

Is dividend income from a Ltd company automatically picked up on?

Hi @MAN_B im pretty sure it will be picked up when your self assesment goes in and your pay the income tax on it. CMS is based on HMRC data. Think its a case of whatever happens the correct amount (by their calculations) will be due based on HMRC data.

Hi @Oneofmany that's a shame. But thanks for the info, I just want as little to do with CMS as possible. They're awful.
