Child arrangements v Form E

Hello, I am struggling to find an answer to my question online. I am a dad self representing whilst my wife has a solicitor.

Background is I moved out of the family in October last year after 18 months separated but living together and co-parenting our children 50/50. This had been the status quo (50/50) for the previous seven years. My wife verbally agreed to 50/50 post divorce but has now reneged on this. At the moment I have the children every other weekend Friday to Monday. I am being refused any contact midweek on the basis of disrupting their routine, whilst I am trying to get agreement on holidays.

I am now in the position where I have submitted a C100 form.

At the same time, my wife's solicitor is aggressively pursuing my completion of form e. I am pretty sure the financial tail is wagging the child arrangements dog so to speak. My question is, can I refuse to complete Form E as I cannot get an agreement or even proposal from my partners solicitor on child arrangements? How would a court view this refusal? For context, I submitted a parenting plan to my wife nearly two years ago and she has her solicitor in place for the same period of time.

Hope this makes sense and thanks in advance!

Thanks for your question. At the moment it is only my ex-wife's solicitor who has given a date for exchange which I haven't agreed to.
