So here's my story I'm applying for child arrangement order for my son to reside with me and for the court to decide on contact for mother.
I rang social services as I felt my son was at danger from his mother we both lived together at the time she used alcohol through the pregnancy and when baby arrived the drinking got worse to the point where I thought it was best for me to leave the relationship and take baby with me she was abusive to me physically and mentally through out the relationship upon me ringing social services I agreed to let mum go a mother baby unit with our son instead of me leaving with him this didn't work out when she agreed to go only to not want to stay there so social services said I'd have to take my son elsewhere to another place I went back to my parents house have been since July contact between my son and his mother had to be supervised and was until August when I stopped contact as I got told my son wasn't mine and he was a local drug dealers son and that she was in a load of bother because I have the drug dealers son anyway my solicitor has said not to let contact resume untill we had safe guarding letter from cafcass I've got the first initial phone call on Monday what shall I expect from the call and has anyone been in a similar situation where they are asking for child to reside with them if so how did it go
