Changes to mobile view

A few tweaks to the forum view on mobiles so the forum heading is bigger (and more easily readable) and a new "button" has been added to the home page saying "Forum" so it's more obvious how to find the forum page without having to go into the hamburger menu.

So it looks more like the desktop view now and a bit easier to work out how to get to the forum page.

A bit more tweaking, with the help of a coder - for mobile view. So there is now a menu button next to the 3 bar hamburger menu - which should make it clearer for new members where the menu actually is, from the home page. Also the menu has been rejigged so it shows the main forum tabs automatically (rather than un-nested) and it's easier to see all the categories. (Some people weren't finding the Legal Resources section as it was so far down the list before).

By the way, if you do use mobile - did you know that if you turn the phone screen sideways, you can get the full desktop view and scroll along to see all the top tabs? Although I know it's not as easy to type in widescreen format.
