I recently put a post on here explaining how my ex blocked me and how it was looking likely that she'd completely prevent me from seeing my daughter despite a court order. I put a C79 application in but after that I emailed her twice and she responded to the second one and very reluctantly unblocked me and contact went as ahead as normal. I'm unsure what to do now as I don't want to constantly live in fear she'll do it again but as contact went as normal there's nothing to enforce. What will the courts do?
