C100 time frame

Hi all, submitted the c100 last week and the court is saying the time frame is between 2-20 weeks before the first hearing. Out of interest how long did it take you guys from submitting the C100 to hearing?

I think it varies. You can have court papers back within 2 weeks or 4 to 6 weeks. Cafcass call is usually early on then you get the Cafcass letter. What slows things down is the gatekeeping hearing after that (just Cafcass and Judge) then they usually issue a date for a first hearing. I think it can be about 4 months. Would be interested to see if anyone has had a first hearing sooner than that recently.

After receiving notification of my C100 being accepted it was 11 weeks till my first hearing although the 2nd hearing was less than 4 weeks so it may vary on the region and in my case a cancellation of another hearing that they allocated to me .

Hey @Js79 For me, it will be approx 8 weeks from C100 to first hearing
Stay strong - I was warned to it could be many months, so taking 8 weeks as a win
