C100 form

Can someone give me some information regarding the C100 form.I submitted the application form along with evidence to the court.But i received an Email saying they can’t process my application because of there’s no reference number on it which i don’t understand because there’s no reference number on the application.
Can someone guide me on this issue please.

Hi. You're not allowed to submit evidence with a C100 form. I would phone the court and ask them what the issue is - they might want you to send a new application.

So did you send the court an email? Or was that the email with your application attached? You'll need to phone them to sort it out.

I sent an email to the court and they replied this email which i attached.

You need to phone them and sort out what's what.
