After Form E exchange, when do you send your questionnaire?

Hello Dads,

Form E Exchanged and now I am compiling a list of questions.

When do we have to exchange our questionnaires? Is there a set date or number of days before our first hearing date that we must exchange questionnaires?

I’m still going through this process so someone else further down the line may be able to advise. If you are going through financial remedy proceedings (my ex is the applicant) I was ordered to submit questions 2 weeks before the first appointment. I did this, ex did not!

Hi Karma,

No number of set days to exchange questionnaires. We hadn't even exchanged questionnaires prior to the first hearing so the judge ordered that as part of their order. If your self representing, I would just contact them and propose timescales on questionnaire, if you can't agree, the judge will sort it
