Advice wanted Parentsl Alienation Cafcass involved

I am looking for some advice

I have a CAO for some 6 years now.

My ex partner has made substantial false allegations over the previous years

Starting when we split up. A fact finding hearing was ordered where all allegations of her were proved in court (domestically abusive to myself on numerous occasions) and the false allegations against me not proven.

A joint lives with order was granted

Fast forward 18 months.. another false allegation. Stops contact. Police involved. Interviewed and NFA. Covid 19 happens
Applies to court. Another joint lives with order is ordered 50/50

Then 2 years ago. A false allegation of assault against my child. Contact stopped by the mother. Spoken to by police never arrested and police didn’t get further involved NFA. Application to court to enforce the CAO. At the beginning of the year another fact finding hearing was conducted. I proved that the allegation was false. The mother used photos which were proven to have been taken whilst in her care and the fact finding hearing went on my fabour

Mid way through this year the court ordered that the children shall have a legal guardian via Cafcass.

A few months back Cafcass ordered a psychological assessment on myself, the mother and the 2 children.

This was conducted but the psychologist has been waiting for the court transcripts from the hearing this year and the previous 2 hearings in 2019/2020

Now have to wait till early 2025 for the next hearing and the psychologist has been ordered to complete the psychological assessment on us all by then.

It’s been over 2 years since I have seen my children and the mother is quite content to play the system and do all she can to ensure I’m alienated as a father

I'm sorry you're going through this.
The courts can be so long and drawn out which just adds to the alienation.
It's an absolute joke that orders can be breached and false allegations made and there's no repercussions for the one doing it.
How old are the children?
Have they said to anyone that they don't want to see you?

In addition to the Enforcement Order, what you should be asking the judge for is an Extended Civil Restraint Order in the mother and request for a Change if Residence sighting her persistent false allegations and persistent breaches respectively.

They are now 11 and 8

A change of residency was suggested by the Cafcass officer when they visited my home a few months ago

They told the Cafcass officer they didn’t want to see me

Prior to the hearing a few months back the Cafcass officer who is the legal guardian
They said they are concerned from the absence of me from their lives

It sounds like Cafcass can see what's going on which is good. It's just the process that is so frustrating.

I would be pushing for a change of residency asap before your ex permanently destroys your kids.

From what I have read in your posts, that is definitely alienating behaviours.
