I would really appreciate some advice here.
At start of year my ex partner threw me out, she has convinced the kids I had an affair and made other allegations, which are untrue but its her word against mine and they refuse to speak to me or see me. I was going through a bit of a mental breakdown at end of last year which must of been hard for her and the kids, but I am much more stable now.
My kids are 11 and 15 which probably makes this more difficult, as I guess I can't force them to see me but I don't know what else to do other than apply to the court.
She initially agreed to mediation but now there is just silence so I have been forced to apply for a child arrangement order. I don't want to mess up the application, but not sure what do to for the best in how I should word the application to ensure I have a good chance of being able to see my kids again and getting them back in my life.
I would really appreciate some thoughts on how I should manage this situation.
