When you take out a loan, at the bottom of the mumbo jumbo is a plain English explanation. As so many cases in family court are by people representing themselves, is not time that the court papers and directions have a "what this means" plain English summary that explains what they have just read ? Would this not make for a justice system that is accessible to all ?
