Just wanting a little bit of clarity if possible. Had my FHDRA recently, despite all the usual allegations thrown at me, CAFCASS have no further involvement in the case, I have an OK interim (not great, I want more, but its OK) order, both parties agreed no need for FF or section 7, and we now have a 3 hour final hearing based on "submissions" coming up.
What does this involve? Wondering what I can start to pull together documents etc if needed.
