I came across the following website & article by chance, it's from 2017 but it was interesting reading!

Sarah Parsons, as the Principal Social Worker for Cafcass and Head of L&D, is responsible for 1,400 FCAs of which most don't and haven't done their training

It demonstrates that the duality of Cafcass and their inability to transform into a real voice for the children caught in the court system.
There was small amount of commentary on PA as well, the views of the then CEO of Cafcass and it's apparent Principal SW.

Cafcass recommendations aren't admissible as evidence.

They need to be regularly challenged on that point. And the Court needs to throw out their evidence. Or risk getting appealed. And no judge wants to get appealed.

Yep a lot has changed since 2017. They went from having a newspaper report saying they would transfer residence from an alienating parent immediately (their tough stance on PA). To withdrawing that saying it was an admin error or something - to what we have today - sweeping it under the carpet and taking the feminist stance that anyone who claims it must be an abuser.
