Caselaw - a recent case where residency was transferred to the Father and supervised time only with the Mother. In this case, both a Guardian and Cafcass supported the Father due to the Mother's continued false allegations. The Judge appears to have followed the case from the start and also supported the Father.
Parents had never been married and separated when child was a few months old. The Mother breached the original court order, trying to prevent overnights and making allegations, which were dismissed. She started sending secret tracking devices with the child and repeated the allegations, leading to an unnecessary hospital stay and unnecessary examination (which seems to have counted against her).
From reading it, it seems Cafcass had concerns about her from the start - prior to the first order. Initially it was lives with Mother, with gradually increasing time with the Father, which the Mother kept obstructing.
