Sealed court order

My journey has come to an end and I will post the finances update shortly, now the question i have is

How long does it take for the court to seal the order? which was approved by the judge on the day of the final hearing.

Is the judges approval as good as the sealed order? And the seal is just a formality?

In regards to your question.

Our order, CAO but same applies, was approved on the day by the court & they emailed to confirming it was approved.
I then asked the same question about the approved order & and got the below advice:

1. An order is unlikely to change as it has been approved and, in the sealing queue.
2. It can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to be sealed

I would want a few others share their experience as well so you have good knowledge to work from.

Thankyou @MagicJ ,i will be updating shortly how this all ended for me in both CAO and financials.

I'm pretty sure that the approval of judge cements the order and consequently seals it then it's just the admin side of it I guess
