Hi all,

Is it normal to do a section 7 assessment at the cafcass offices? I was under the impression it would be a home visit?

often done over teams or on the phone, you can request if its more convenient

There doesn't seem to be a normal. Going to the offices suited me. I was happy to put my case in person, I took a selection of photographs of me and my son. Home visits might be on the wane due to workload.
