International child maintenance

I have posted on here before and got great advice. So I’m back. And no, this isn’t my real name.

Long story short. My child lives with aunt and uncle in Australia. I only found out I had a child 3 years ago. Name not on birth certificate. I’m in England. We have set up a private maintenance agreement. I haven’t missed a payment nor do I want to until recently. She spent 6 weeks with me in England last year and ever since she returned to Australia, contact with her which was weekly prior became infrequent. Last time I had contact with her was 7 months ago. I have texted and emailed her guardians but have had no reply . I didn’t money transfer the last payment. It’s the only leverage I have. I know they cant go to through UK CSA. They can ask Australian CSA to get involved but would need the UK court to get involved also.
If it goes legal, will the courts help me to gain more access to my child or will the only care about money?

This isn’t a money issue, this is a desperate fella just trying to keep up the relationship with his child issue.

Thoughts would be much appreciated folks

Hello. I wasnt aware of child until
3 years ago. Child now 15. Mum died when child was 5. The courts in rep of Ireland ( where mum was from) didn’t try to locate me or couldn’t locate me so granted guardianship to maternal aunt and uncle. Then they took her to Australia.

I have wondered if I was uncontactable by the courts, they seem to have found be quite easily 3 years ago looking maintenance
