DV alligations

I am pleased to find this brilliant platform.
I went through multiple topics here, but I would like to share my story if someone come across similar circumstances.

My wife accused me of DV and marital rape 3 months ago, I was released on bail conditions.

I am completely destroyed, my career, my life, even I still can't see my daughter as my wife doesn't cooperate to allow me seeing her.

She accused me of raping her 2 month before the alligations as she claims it was non consented sex, no violance. Nothing happened I didn't touch her for more than 3 months before that. So I believe she won't be able to get any evidence on that
Accused me of verbal abuse, the last month before what happened she staged me multiple times, triggered me to record my reactions out of the context.
She might have two records.
Plus two screenshots from WhatsApp, although our WhatsApp conversation has common verbal arguments from both of us.
Verbal abuse includes calling her stupid, cow. No threats or physical abuse.
She gave me similar verbs in different scenarios.
Our marriage was falling apart at this stage

She was abusing me financially and emotionally. And I have evidence on that.

Anyone had similar case could inlight me what would be the possible outcome?
Investigations still ongoing, no outcome yet, bail date is at the end of this month. I just want to know what are the possible scenarios

Thanks

To be on bail, you will have been arrested and interviewed.
I presume you have denied the offences?

Yes I was arrested, it was extremely traumatising, I still get flash backs of it as I was arrested from my bedroom while sleeping :).
The duty lawyer adviced me not to engage in the interview then I was released.

When bail is up they may well extend it - Your duty solicitor is supposed to make contact with the investigating officer 14 days prior. This is part of the free service, but many are not good at this. The officer may also email asking you if you are happy to extend bail. To go from 30 to 60 days is easy for them to do. Be firm that if they have grounds to present to the officer for sign off and do this via your solicitor. If they extend prob will be no need to head to the station.
Did they take your phone or any other devices? Some forces have backlogs in downloading info so this could extend bail.

Let’s hope they don’t find any evidence then, because that no comment will come back to bite.
