Post separation is a time when divorcing Dads really struggle. Maybe you're living in a tiny flat, not seeing your children and have financial worries. Maybe you still miss your Ex and hope for reconciliation. Maybe your Ex is seeing someone else and your children suddenly have a new man in their lives. That is the time to get support. Apart from a Forum like this where you will get support from like minded Dads who have been through it or are in a similar situation, there are various organisations who can help. The first thing to consider would be asking your GP for counselling. Counselling can be a big support to help you through - and a regular weekly time to talk to someone. Other organisations who can help are the Mankind Initiative - if you're a victim of Domestic Violence, and the Samaritans if feelings become overwhelming.

You will also get plenty of support on here.
